Site Leader Expectations:
· Full attendance and participation at all AB events and meetings
· Commitment to the AB “no drugs or alcohol” policy
· Abide by the AB constitution
· Cooperation with co-site leader and other site leaders
· Remain flexible, open-minded, and responsible
· Build and maintain a positive relationship with the designated site
· Educating yourself and your participants about the issue relative to your site
Additional Site Leader Responsibilities:
· Attend all site leader meetings and events
· Develop a working relationship with your co-site leader
· Communicate regularly with participants
· Plan your trip in coordination with co-site leader and designated site
· Act as a member of either the fundraising or public relations committee
